Terms & Conditions

All your purchases must be paid for before collection or delivery - apart from authorised business accounts. You can pay by:

  • Cash

  • BACS

  • Debit or Credit card - we charge a 2% handling fee on Credit Cards.

All our prices are exclusive of V.A.T.

Remember, delivery is extra and will be charged at cost plus VAT - we will organise delivery to your preferred location but you are responsible for off-loading all goods from the delivery lorry as drivers are not obliged to help nor are they covered by their insurance to assist.

Our prices are wholesale ex-nursery and may be changed without notice.

If you wish to set up a business account, you will need to provide us with two trade references and one bank reference for the following payment terms:

For orders up to £3000 we require payment within 30 days of the dispatch date.
For orders above £3000 or for special projects and commissions:

  • 25% with order

  • 50% when the goods are ready for dispatch

  • 25% within 30 days.

All plants and goods remain the property of Crown Topiary until we receive your payment in full. We can look after your plants and goods for up to six months from the date of your order provided you have paid a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your order value.

If you cancel your order, we reserve the right to charge you up to 30% of your order value.

All plants and goods are subject to availability.

Any loss, damage or deterioration of your plants or goods from whatever cause during transit is your risk and responsibility.

Sorry, we can't accept any responsibility for damage or losses to your plants or goods arising from causes beyond our control.

Our descriptions of plants and goods are as accurate as possible. But they do not constitute a sale by description.

We will do our best to match your plants to the samples exhibited in our nursery. You take the risk that they correspond with the sample, quality or sufficiency for any purpose.

We take every care to follow your instructions. We will not be liable for any incorrect pricing.

If you place an order with us, you have accepted our terms and conditions. Any changes to our terms and conditions must be agreed with us in writing.
